Apr 28: Ross Co v Inverness Betting Preview

Written by

GOALS are usually on the menu when Dingwall hosts the Highland derby – and it should be no different tonight.

Ross County host Inverness and could be ready to throw away the welcome to the Premiership map.

ICT start the post-split games five points adrift at the foot and defeat tonight will leave them with little chance of catching Dundee and others.

A win for County would all but guarantee safety and what better way to do it than at the expense of their greatest rivals.

County are favourites at 21-20 with McBookie but I’d prefer to go for goals.

The previous six meetings in Dingwall have gone over 2.5 goals – as have County’s last six matches – and a repeat pays 7-9 at 188BET.

This season’s three meetings have produced 11 goals with both scoring in each of them.

Nine of the last 11 have seen both score and that returns 11-17 at 10BET while btts and over 2.5 goals is evens at Coral and Stan James.

Inverness are a biggest 3-1 at Marathonbet but a draw seems more likely at 13-5 with McBookie while a score draw pays 15-4 with the Scots firm.

Picking a first scorer isn’t easy but Liam Boyce is worth a look for County at 4-1 with McBookie and others.

Alex Fisher netted a double for Well in their last outing at Motherwell and is 9-1 at Paddy Power to net first and tempting at 3-1 with Betfred to score anytime.
